Alta Marie Wilson

Alta Wilson, 83, of Spiro, OK, passed away June 23, 2014, in Midwest City, OK. She was born March 11, 1931 in Keota, Oklahoma, to Henry Madison and Fairy Syuillar (Renis) Brammer. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband John E. Wilson; two sons, Donald Ray Miller and Jerry Wilson; a brother John Brammer; a sister Lillie Byrd.

Alta is survived by two sons, Doyle Wilson of OKC, OK, and James Wilson of Poolville, TX; five daughters, Zula Mae bates of CA, Carol Ann Bedwell of Gladewater, TX, Idella Pope of Dallas TX, Lovell Ruper of Ft. Worth, TX, Barbara Ann Holland of Midwest City, OK, and Margie Montgomery of Granbury, TX; twenty seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many more family members, friends and loved ones.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK, with Bro. Sonny Ticer officiating. Interment will follow service at Shady Point Cemetery. Viewing will be from noon to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Spiro, OK.
