Obituary of: Annie Owen
Annie Owen, 92, passed away August 8, 2013, in Poteau, OK. She was born August 25, 1920, in Antlers, OK, to Archie L. and Nancy C. (Havins) Ingrum. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Thomas Owen; a son Kenneth Dale Owen; two grandchildren Michael Owen and Karen Owen; five brothers; two sisters. Annie is survived by three sons, James Archey Owen of Cameron, OK, Melvin Buck Owen of Nashville, TN and Allen Owen of Mountainburg, AR; seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other family members, friends and loved ones.
Services will be Saturday August 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Life In Christ Church, Rock Island, OK. Interment will take place at a later date at Fort Smith National Cemetery, Ft. Smith, AR. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
