Audrey Marie Goodwin of Poteau, Oklahoma was born January 16, 1956 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Watt and Edith (Martin) Hale, and passed away August 10, 2020 in Poteau, Oklahoma at the age of 64. She married Gary Goodwin on January 15, 1989 in Poteau.
Audrey is survived by her husband, Gary Goodwin of the home; daughters, Melissa Butler of Amarillo, Texas, Jennifer Adase and husband Frankie of Bentonville, Arkansas; sister, Ramona Hargrove and husband Donald of Poteau, Oklahoma; brothers, Jerry Hale and wife Debbie of Poteau, Oklahoma, her twin brother, Audie Hale and wife Mary of Greenwood, Arkansas; grandchildren, Paige Williams, Leo Butler, Brooklyn Frizzell; brother-in-law, Joe Goodwin and wife Sandy of Greenwood, Arkansas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents; Watt and Edith Hale.
She loved reading, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the Oakland Cemetery Pavilion. The family will greet friends Wednesday evening from 5:00pm 7:00pm at the funeral home.
