Barbara Marie (Jones) King
Barbara King, 78, of Cameron, OK, passed away February 14, 2014, in Pocola. She was born December 7, 1935, in Jenny Lind, AR, to William Jennings and Lillian Fern (Stockdale) Jones. She was a seamstress, she love to crochet, quilt, and embroidery.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Limuel Mitchell King; two brothers Jackie Jones and Paul Jones; a granddaughter Marisa Farmer.
Barbara is survived by two sons Bill King and wife Caren of Van Buren, AR, Mark King and wife Donna of Cameron, OK; two daughters Beth Dunkerson and husband Eddie of Ft. Smith, AR, Joyce Sharber and husband David of Booneville, AR; grandchildren, Travis, Brian, Greg, Kevin, Roy, Danielle, Tyler, John, Megan, Christopher and Evelee; a brother Marvin Rice of Spokane , WA; five sisters, Billie Sweeten of Pocola, OK, Agnes Knapp of Poteau, OK, Linda Paz of Ft. Smith, AR, Opal Hastings of Flower Hill, OK and Mary Ellen Coomer of Cameron, OK; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of other family members, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Dunkerson, Roy King, John Sharber, Tyler Irvan, Michael King and Roger Mays. Honorary Pallbearers will be Greg Dunkerson, Megan Sharber, Shawn Sweeten and Randy Sweeten.
Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 17, 2014, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Bro. David Hardin officiating. Interment will follow service at Fair Hill Cemetery, Cameron, OK. Viewing will be Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
