Billy Connaughton, 84, of Poteau, OK, passed away November 15, 2010, in Barling, AR. He was born April 30, 1926, in Paris, Arkansas, to Edward George and Monie Ella (Goldsworthy) Connaughton. He was a retired electrician.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Edward Connaughton, Jr. and one sister Mary Overby.
Bill is survived by two daughters Anne Condes and husband Caesar of Collinsville, OK, and Leslie Wylie of Moore, OK; five grandchildren, Meghan Wise and Bryan Baggett of Barling, AR, Robert Wise, Courtney Wise, Lucas Condes and Zachary Condes all of Collinsville, OK; two great grandchildren, Bryson and Rylie Baggett both of Barling, AR; one sister Helen Boolos of Mississippi; and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
