Billy Ray Pearson, 72, of Wister, OK, passed away March 27, 2010 at home with his loved ones. He was born April 22, 1937 in Bluffton, AR to Thurman Raymond and Ettie Verretta (Watkins) Pearson. He married Rosalye Williams on October 2, 1954 at Patterson, CA. He was a retired foreman for Varco Pruden and loved fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Theresa Jewell; and one sister, Francis (Wright) Bold.
He is survived by his wife Rosalye Pearson; three sons, Kenneth and wife Shirley Pearson of Porterville, CA, Raymond Pearson of Modesto, CA, Bobbie and wife Bobbie Pearson of Wister, OK; one daughter, Verita and husband Lee Emmons of Patterson, CA; one brother, Donnie Pearson of Fanshawe, OK; one sister Betty Bartlett of Patterson, CA; eighteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.
