Billy Ray Powers, 84, of Spiro, OK, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 in Talihina. He was born January 16, 1933 at Roosevelt, OK, to Buck Powers and Eula Trammel. He was a veteran of the USAF and an aircraft mechanic.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Bertha Powers, a son Jerry Powers and a sister Eleanor Powers.
Survivors include, two sons, David Powers, and Timmy Powers both of Norman, OK, a daughter Brenda Lovell and husband Cecil of Spiro, two grandchildren Matthew and Mitchell Powers and four great grandchildren, Savannah, Cadence, Kayla, and Alex Powers, as well as a host of other family members, friends, and loved ones.
