was born on April 26, 1930 in Poteau, Oklahoma to LIly Bertha (Wilson) Pilgreen and Hosea Silas Pilgreen and passed away on May 1, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Survivors include: his friends Marilyn Rankin and Chris Nemeth, and all his wonderful caregivers that work for Home Instead Home Health Care.
