Funeral services for Brian Franks, 52 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Grace Memorial Chapel in Poteau with Reverend Steve Hughes officiating. Burial will be at the United States National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Grace Funeral Service in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Brian Dean Franks was born on July 13, 1971 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Glenda Kaye (Morgan) and Ronald Dean Franks and passed away on May 13, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a Navy Veteran and a member of Calhoun Baptist Church. Brian enjoyed cars and was a very talented artist, his greatest joy was his family.
Survivors include his mother Kay Franks; his father, Ron Franks; daughters, Briana Franks, Kayla Franks; son, Brandon Franks; sister, Terri Smith and husband Cliff; brother David Franks and wife Tina; numerous other family, friends and his faithful companions, Frankie Blue Eyes Schatzi.
