Cattleya Nikita Merie Costigan, 5 months and 9 days, of Hartford, AR, passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born September 4, 2014, in Ft. Smith, AR, to Andrew Costigan and Victoria Merie Liddell.
Cattleya is survived by her parents; a brother Shane Andrew Costigan of Alma, AR; a sister Debra Sue Costigan of Ft. Smith, AR; grandmothers Dawn Hickerson of Hartford, AR, and Rosalee Oliver of Ft. Smith, AR; grandfathers, Eugene Hartman of New York and Dennis Ollar of Heavener, OK; as well as a host of other family members, friends and loved ones.
