She was born on April 3, 1942 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Oma Lee (Buttress) Frazier and Claud Frazier passed away on July 31, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Verna Fay Jones
Survivors include: daughters Kim Butler and husband Roy, Brookelyn Teegarden; sons Kevin Rowan, Kelly Rowan and wife Dana; sister Sharon Rodgers; brother David Frazier and numerous granchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loved ones and friends.
