Joseph Frank Delage, Jr.
Joseph Frank Delage, Jr, 71, of Shady Point, OK, passed away October 3, 2010, in Ft. Smith, AR. He was born November 1, 1938, in, Houston, TX, to Joseph Frank Sr. and Eunice (Wascum) Delage. Joseph married Patsy (Ridgway) on June 10, 1979, in Beaumont, TX. He retired from Zales Jewelry in 1984 and was the owner of PDQ Business Service. Joseph was of Baptist faith and an active member of the NRA and SASS.
Joseph is survived by his wife Patsy Delage of the home; one son, Joseph Frank Taylor of Beaumont, TX; three daughters, Rebecca Sanders of Vidor, TX, Jalyn Sanders of Lubbock, TX and Kim and husband Gary Finnegan of Ocala, FL; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Carter, Joey Finnegan, Randall Stewart and Rachael Stewart and one great granddaughter LeAnn Carter; a sister Nancy Ellis of Vidor, TX; as well as numerous other family, friends, and loved ones.
Services will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at First Baptist Church, Shady Point, OK, with Pastor Larry Matthiesen officiating. Interment will be Friday, October 8, 2010, at Forrest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, TX. You may sign the guestbook from 9-5 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
