Dym Falkner, 95, of Panama, OK, passed away December 26, 2012, in Ft. Smith, AR. Dym was born March 16, 1917, in Spiro, OK, to James E. and Ruth E. (Laughlin) Brown. She was a homemaker.
Dym is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Elmer G. Falkner; two daughters, Joyce Fife and Ann Howard; a son Danny Falkner; two brothers and two sisters.
Dym is survived by two sons, Jim and wife Ruth Falkner of Arkoma, OK, and E.G. and wife Dana Falkner of Howe, OK; two daughters, Marna and husband Kenneth Hall of Muse, OK and Freeda Wemmerus of Conway, AR; daughter-in-law Janice Falkner of Panama, OK; a brother James Brown of Poteau; four sisters, Etta Lorice Brown of Eastland, TX, Iva Marie Spicer of Spiro, OK, Sylvia Hale of Spiro, OK and Bonnie Mullins of Booneville, AR; fifteen grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Scott Falkner, Brian Falkner, Jason Falkner, Randy Payne, Tim OFlinn and Joel Billy.
Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012, at the Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Bro. David Nolan officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow service at Fair Hill Cemetery, Cameron, OK.
