Elizabeth Grace Self, infant Daughter of Billy and Amy Self, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2009, in Fort Smith, AR.
She was preceded in death by a brother Ethan Meek.
She is survived by her parents Billy and Amy Self of Wister; one brother, Gavin Self; three sisters, Hailey, Jerah and Emily Self of the home; Maternal grandparents, Donna Spears of Poteau, and Jimmy Kelley and wife Beverly of Cauthron, AR.; paternal grandparents Bill and Martha Self of Cameron; maternal great grandparents, Margie Evans, Bobby and Barbara Nichols, and Clifford Davis; Paternal great grandparents Delma Moody and Dorothy Self, as well as numerous other family members and loved ones.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 4, 2009, at Fairhill Cemetery pavilion, Knot Hole, OK, with Rev. Lynn Bullard officiating. Interment will follow in Fairhill Cemetery.
