Funeral Service for Evie Louann Carver, 77 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 24,2024 at Grace Funeral Chapel in Poteau, Oklahoma with Reverend C Lynn Bullard officiating. Burial will follow at Bokhoma Cemetery near Haworth, Oklahoma under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Evie was born on July 24,1946 in Bokhoma, Oklahoma to Evie (Green) McCormick and Thomas E. McCormick and passed away on February 21,2024 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Evie was preceded in death by her parents T.E. and Evie McCormick, brothers Donald McCormick and Marlon McCormick. granddaughter; Jamie Nicole Watts
Survivors include:
son David Clinton and wife JoAnne of Poteau, Oklahoma; daughter Amanda Watts and husband Jason of Shady Point, Oklahoma; brother Thomas McCormick; grandchildren Tyson Clinton, Jason Watts, Angel Guzman, Elvis Valdez, Jasmine Gage, and Lyla Elliott; great grandchildren Oaklyn Mae Clinton, Bodie Wade Clinton, Jameson Gage, Jasper Gage and Wrenlee Cheyenne
Pallbearers will be Freddy Hight, Rod Hatten, Kelly Sayahnejad, JB Lloyd, Stan Jenkins and Steve Jenkins.
Viewing and Visitation will be Friday February 23,2024 from 6-8 at Grace Funeral Service.
