Flora Carter-Tiffee, 93, formerly of Ozark, AR, passed away January 7, 2012, in Richland Hills, TX. She was born April 13, 1918, in Booneville, AR, to Elbert Dailey and Myrtle Viola (Moon) Hicks. She was a housewife and retired beautician. Flora was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ozark, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Evelyn Carter, four sisters, Veteral Williams, Ovid Lawson, Mae Ford, and Mildred Ritchie.
Flora is survived by three daughters, Eleanor Williams and husband Paul of Ozark, AR, Suzanne Eoff-Dinou of Ft. Worth, TX, and Martha Trauth and husband Charlie of Elizabethtown, KY; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Anderson of Dallas, TX; a special niece Glenda Elman of Poteau, OK; as well as a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Bryan Law, Barry Law, Jason Eoff, Brandon Eoff, David Falkner and Christopher Falkner.
Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Rev. Tracy Ellis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oakland Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau. You may leave an on-line greeting to the family at www.gracemanorfh.com
