Gregory Alan Spahn, 46, of Poteau Oklahoma, passed from life Saturday, November 20, 2010, in a hunting accident. Greg was born November 7, 1964, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Tony and Rita Spahn. Greg was a 1983 graduate of Northside High School. He was a welder and metal fabricator.
Greg is survived by his wife, Becky of the home; two daughters, Devin Kimbrell and husband Josh of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Brooke Broussard of the home; two sons, Brett Spahn of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Tyler Broussard of Howe; and one grandchild, Rustin Broussard of Heavener, Oklahoma.
He is also survived by his parents, Tony and Rita Spahn of Milltown, Arkansas; two brothers, Timothy Spahn of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Davidson Ollar of Heavener, Oklahoma; one sister, Katie McKinney of Monroe, Oklahoma; and his grandmother, Mary Rye of Fort Smith, Arkansas. His is also survived by four nieces and three nephews, many aunts and uncles and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Kendall Hicks, Wendall Wallace, Stanley Biggs, Travis Biggs, Kevin Self and Rodney Chaffin.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel in Poteau, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Heavener Memorial Park Cemetery, Heavener, Oklahoma.
