James Larry Byrd
Larry Byrd, age 65, of Panama, OK, passed away Friday, July 26, 2013, in Heavener.
He was born November 18, 1947 at Williams, OK, to Lenza William and Elsie (Pendergrass) Byrd. He was a cook.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents; wife Rose Byrd; daughter Sherri Leeann Byrd; two brothers Bobby and Hayden Byrd; a sister Norma Wilkinson.
Larry is survived by a son Hayden E. Byrd; a brother Billy and wife Glinda Byrd; two sisters, Brenda and husband Don Jones and Linda Clark; five grandchildren, Teran Byrd, Trey Byrd, Riley Byrd, Michael Lane and David Lane; one great granddaughter Kaedyn Sisco; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2013, at the Panama Church of the Nazarene in Panama, OK, with Bro. Jerry Townley officiating.
