Jaxson Ryan Gavin, infant son of Jacqueline ONeal Calma and Donald Keith Gavin Jr. of Poteau, OK, was born and passed away on May 5, 2013, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Jaxson is survived by his parents, Jacqueline Calma and Donald Gavin Jr.; two sisters Holly and Adelynn Gavin; grandparents, Mike and Diann Weindel and Jerry and Shirley Calma; well as a host of friends, family and loved ones.
Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Greenhill Cemetery pavilion, Cameron, OK. Interment will follow service. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. You may leave a message of condolence to the family at www.gracemanorfh.com.
