Jeff Lee "Chief" Batt
Jeff Lee "Chief" Batt, 55, of Arkoma, OK, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 in Ft. Smith, AR. He was born February 7, 1957, at Tahlequah, OK, to Richard Lee and Josephine (Bendabout) Batt. He was a heavy equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister Laura Gooley.
Chief is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Shawn and JoAnn Batt of Arkoma, OK; two daughters, Melissa Batt of Greenwood, AR and Mandy Batt of Van Buren, AR; five brothers, Charlie Batt of Tahlequah, OK, Mark Batt of Sallisaw, OK, Jerry Batt of Tahlequah, OK, Larry Batt of Greenwood, AR and Johnny Batt of Arkoma, OK; three sisters, Tammy McGuire of Arkoma, OK, Florene Batt of Tahlequah, OK, and Maggie Batt of Stilwell, OK; three grandchildren, Nakiyah Batt of Arkoma, OK, Skylar Batt of Tahlequah, OK and Paisley Carter of Arkoma; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, friends and loved ones.
