Obituary for
Jo Beshears Miller
Jo Miller, 72, of Bates, AR, passed away, January 27, 2013, in Bates. She was born January 23, 1941, in Mesa, AZ, to Hubert and Rilla (Himes) Beshears. She was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother and a member of New Beginnings Pentecostal Church of God in Bates, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Cathy Eagle: two brothers, A.C. Beshears and Glenn Beshears.
Jo is survived by two sons Keith Miller and wife Charla of Bates, AR, Norman Miller of Bald Knob, AR; a daughter Joy Anthony and husband Greg of Poteau, OK; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; three sisters, M.J. Collins of Wenatchee, WA, Fern McDaniel of Hon, AR and Retha Page of Bates, AR; a brother, O.B Beshears of Hon, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Boomer Eagle, Tyler Eagle, Trent Miller, Keith Miller, Drake Miller and Zach Barnett. Honorary Pallbearers will be Norman Miller and Ryan Anthony.
Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at New Beginnings Pentecostal Church of God in Bates, AR, with Rev. James Self, Rev. Millard Smith and Rev. Terry Cripe officiating. Interment will follow service at the Gipson Cemetery, Bates, AR. You may offer condolences to the family from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
