Joe Jones of Talihina, Oklahoma passed away February 18, 2019 in Talihina, Oklahoma at the age of 84 surround by his loved ones. He was a custom furniture builder and loved to play and sing gospel music. He served in the United States Army.
Joe is survived by; his wife Glenda; a son, Joe Jones and spouse Karen; 3 daughters; Charlene Haberzettle and spouse Robert, Yulonda Kimbrell and spouse Ronnie, Lori Jones and spouse Cathy Johnson; 9 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and loved ones.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, William Jasper and Fannie Ella (Waller) Jones, mother of his children, Charlotte Jones and two sisters.
The family will hold a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019, at First Assembly of God Church in Talihina with Rev. Chester Cooley and Rev. Joe Cochran officiating. Cremation Services is under the direction of Grace Funeral Services of Poteau, Oklahoma.
