Memorial Services for Joyce Neeley, 81 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 11:00am on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Double Branch Baptist in Poteau with Reverend Travis Cook officiating. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Joyce Ann Neeley was born on October 31, 1941 in Rector, Arkansas to Ester (Spencer) and Robert Busby and passed away on September 3, 2023 in Poteau, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Neeley; and numerous other family members. When she was able she enjoyed shopping and going to yard sales. Joyce liked animals and listening to music by Elvis but her greatest love was her family.
Survivors include daughters, Trish Wann and husband, Larry and Robin Griggs; sons, Darrell Gage and Charles Neeley, Jr.; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
