Kenneth Wayne Carter was born December 15, 1960 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Leo and Shirley (Caraway) Carter, and passed away January 19, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 60.
He is survived by his parents, Leo and Shirley Carter; brother, Barry Carter; niece, Bailey Carter; and nephew, Hunter Carter.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation under the direction of Grace Funeral Service in Poteau, Oklahoma.
