Leta Cooper, 70, of Poteau, OK, fell asleep in death Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in Poteau, OK. She was born September 30, 1947 in Tulsa, OK to Edward and Leta Oscar (Runyon) Green. She was one of Jehovahs Witnesses and attended The Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Leta is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years Jimmy Cooper of the home, son and daughter-in-law Chuck & Hannah Cooper of Denton, TX, daughter and son-in-law Jeanne and Robert Nichols of Rudy, AR, two grandchildren Brandi and Jamie Wilson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members, friends, and loved ones.
