Linda Sue Durant
Linda Sue Durant, 58, of Ft. Smith, AR, passed away October 12, 2017 in her home. She was born November 30, 1958 in Poteau, OK, to Harvey and Joyce (Fout) Painter. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her biological father Harvey Painter, two sisters and father of love Richard Cando.
She is survived by her loving husband Richard Durant of the home, five daughters, Anna Lindt and husband Omar of Overland park, KS, Carolyn Reidy and husband Jacob of Fort Smith, AR, Nicole McKenzie and husband Justin of Van Buren, AR, Samantha Durant and partner Byron Hartnett of Fort Smith, AR and Jessica Durant and partner David Riggs of Fort Smith, AR, a brother Harvey Painter Jr. of Panama, OK, her mother Joyce Cando of Panama, OK, a sister Brenda McCage of Panama, OK, three grandchildren, Daniel Brooks, Koda Lindt and Farrah Lindt, as well as a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Carolyn Reidy, Nicole McKenzie, Samantha Durant, Jessica Durant, Daniel Brooks, Justin McKenzie, Jacob Reidy and Honorary Harvey Painter, Jr.
Service will be held Monday, October 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK. Interment will follow service at Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK.
