Linda Lou French
Linda Lou French, 61, of Spiro, OK, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017 in Battle Creek, Michigan. She was born April 20, 1955 in Bakersfield, CA to James and Lulamae Cravens. Linda was a caretaker by nature and devoted many years of her life to caring for her mother, father, and brother. Her hobbies included fishing, clogging, and dancing.
She is preceded in death by her mother Lulamae, a brother James Cravens, and a great grandson Bentley Guinn.
Linda is survived by her father, James Cravens of Keota, OK; two sisters, Donna Williamson and husband Mickey of Battle Creek, Michigan and Charlotte Whitton and husband Mark of Canton, TX; three children, Renee Rowland and partner Tonya Shonebarger of Fort Smith, AR, Terry Rowland and wife Jamie of Spiro, OK, and Troy Rowland and wife Amy of Canton, TX; nieces Bridget Dalzell and husband Scott of Forney, TX, Donna Carnell and husband James of Battle Creek, MI, and Brian Tucker and husband Eric of Allegan, MI; seven grandchildren Ernest, Chasity, Makayla, Caleb, Ethan, Madilynn, and Preston: One great-grandchild McKenzie. As well as a host of other great nieces and nephews, family members, friends, and loved ones.
The family will hold a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Unite Church in Spiro with Pastor Mike Bunch officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Panama, OK.
