Obituary for
Lottie Glenn Goodwin
Lottie Dude Goodwin, 84, of Cameron, OK, passed away, February 10, 2014, in Cameron. She was born July 17, 1929, in Tahlequah, OK, to Lonnie and Ida Martin. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lottie was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Church in Poteau. She had an infectious laugh and was such a joy to everyone who knew her. Her loss leaves a void in the lives of her loved ones that nothing can ever fill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Raymond Martin.
Lottie is survived by her husband Thomas Thee Goodwin of the home; sons David Goodwin of Kapitan, NM, Daniel Goodwin of Lewisville, TX, Marcus Goodwin of Springdale, AR, and Keith Goodwin of Cameron, OK; a daughter Beth Turner of Heavener, OK; ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren; two sisters, Edith Hale and Luveda Baggs both of Poteau; a brother Leon Owen of Blue Eye, MO; and a host other family members, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Caleb and Joshua Goodwin, Forrest and Canyon Turner, Javier Sanchez and Kenny Nelson, Michael Bustos and Eddie Courtney.
Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Pete Phillipi officiating. Interment will follow service at the Fair Hill Cemetery, Cameron, OK. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
