Obituary For
Marvin Andrew Bullock
Marvin Bullock, 93, of Twilight, OK, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016, in Fort Smith, AR. He was born, March 21, 1923, at Excelsior, AR, to George Washington and Betty Gray (Davis) Bullock. He was a truck driver.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his beloved wife of sixty eight years, Pauline Bullock, a grandson Wayne Bullock and two brothers Harvey and Almon Bullock and three sisters Ethyl McKinney, Virtha Epperson and Ollie Lavarias, daughter-in-law W. Dianne Bullock and son-in-law Thomas Box.
Survived by six children, Gene Bullock of Denver, CO, Jim Bullock and wife Dianne of Okemah, OK, Doris Box of Apple Valley, CA, Laverne Anderson of Poteau, OK, Norma Butner and husband Steve of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Joyce Ochs and husband Bill of Keota, OK, grandchildren, Donna, Michael, Forde, Marvin, Becky, Lisa, Bill, John, Jimmie, Tracie, Sallie, Steven, Shiree and Krystal, twenty-one great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, a sister Mary Lee Sisson of Fort Worth, TX, and a host of other family members, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be grandchildren and honorary pallbearer Bobby Craig.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, with Rev. Lynn Bullard officiating. Interment to follow service at Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron, OK. You may offer condolence to the family from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
