Funeral Service for Mary Elizabeth Farrar, 98 of Cameron, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Cameron, Oklahoma with Reverend Travis Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Cameron, Oklahoma under the direction of Grace Funeral Service in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Mary Elizabeth Mooneyham Farrar was born September 18, 1923 in Cameron to Bonnie (Tucker) Mooneyham and Charlie Mooneyham and went to be with her savior, Jesus, on March 22, 2022 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Elizabeth married Owen Farrar, the love of her life in December 1938. They had two children, Sonny "Charles" Farrar and a daughter Ann Farrar Cosgrove. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Owen Farrar, a son , Sonny Farrar, granddaughter Emilly Woods, and great great grandson Conner Morrison.
Survivors include: Ann Cosgrove and husband Peter, and Mary Ruth Farrar; grandchildren, John Woods and wife Deana, Dr. Roxanne Woods Vargas and husband Louie, Angie Carter and husband Mike and Connie Robinson; Great grandchildren, Emilly Woods, Rachel Crider and husband Michael, Zachary Clain and wife Brenna, Ryan Carter, Lexi Carter, Yabria Ford and husband Austin, Alex Vargas and Luke Vargas; great great grandchildren, Ember Mitchell, Peyton Cooper, Brady Crider, Conner Morrison.
Pallbearers will be John Woods, Mike Carter, Ryan Carter, Danny Rogers, Charles Holingsworth.
Honorary pallbearers will be Zachery Clain, Paul Dubois, and Johnny Farrar.
Viewing will be Friday 9am-7pm, where the family will greet 5pm - 7pm at the funeral home.
