Mildred Faulkenberry McClain of Poteau, Oklahoma was born February 27, 1927 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Jessie and Jenny (Miller) Boone, and passed away December 27, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 92.
She is survived by his son, David Faulkenberry and wife Sherril, daughter, Billie McMillin and husband Roger, step-son, Bruce McClain and wife Choo, grandchildren; Brad McMillin, Susan McMillin Fenton, Tera Davis, Brandon Faulkenberry, Sara Baker, Jinnie McClain, thirteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; Jessie and Jenny Boone, husbands; William Faulkenberry and Alvie McClain, three sisters; Lawasa Mattox, Bernice Philpot, and Opal Self.
The family will hold private family services later. Cremation is under the direction of Grace Funeral Service in Poteau, Oklahoma.
