Patricia Coor, 84, Howe, OK, passed away, March 26, 2010, in Howe. She was born December 21, 1925, at Alderson, OK, to Monroe Shanklyn and Dolly Vialta (Holt) Sudduth. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Pat was a homemaker and a member of the Spring Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jack Sudduth and Orville Sudduth; one sister Mildred Kelly.
Pat is survived by her husband Houston L. Coor of the home; two sons, Houston L. Coor, II and wife Ruth of Bentonville, AR, Dan Nathaniel and wife Teri Coor of Rapid City, SD; three grandsons, Houston Coor III of Poteau, OK, Taylor Coor and Nathan Coor both of Bentonville, AR; three brothers, Jerry Sudduth of McLoud, OK, Lee Sudduth of Haileyville, OK and David Sudduth of Newalla, OK; two sisters, Marguerite Lackey of McAlester, OK, and Mary Esther Goodson of McAlester; as well as a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Houston L. Coor III, Houston L. Coor Jr., Nathaniel Dan Coor, Nick Moore, Justin Jackson and George Morton.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, 2010, at Spring Hill Baptist Church, Howe, OK, with the Pastor Bryan Vandever officiating. Interment will follow service at Monroe Cemetery, Monroe, OK. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Spiro. Viewing will be 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday, noon to 8:00 PM on Sunday and family will greet friends from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
