Memorial Graveside services for Patsy Crouch will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the Leflore Cemetery in Leflore, Oklahoma.
Patsy Marie Crouch, 83 of Bengal, Oklahoma was born on April 15, 1940 in Red Oak, Oklahoma to Lena (Duke) Smith and Frank Smith and passed away on October 6, 2023 in Hartshorne, Oklahoma.
She is is survived by her grandson, Brian Alexander; great granddaughter, Jessica Alexander; sister, Barbara Green; sister-in-law, Norma Smith; nieces and nephews, Charlotte Ellis, Janet Pendery, Leroy Thomas, Lena Moore, Carlema McGahey, Judy Lafavor, Linda Harvel, Susan Williams, and Chris Green.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lena (Duke) Smith; her husband, Lee Crouch; her daughter, Brenda Williams; sisters, Roberta Brannon and husband Julian, Eulema Montgomery and husband Carl, and Christine Green and husband Robert; brother, Rev. Bill Smith; brother-in-law, Oscar "Duck" Green; and her nieces and nephews, Frankie Green, Wathina Hagy, and Michael Green.
Patsy enjoyed attending church at the Fellowship Temple Church in Ft. Worth, Texas and later at the Voice of Hope Church in Bengal, Oklahoma. She loved her family dearly and will be missed by all that knew her. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date with burial to follow in Leflore Cemetery in Leflore, Oklahoma. Cremation services are under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
