Peggy Miller, 88, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 peacefully at home, due to complications of Alzheimers disease. Even though she lost her battle, as one of Jehovahs Witnesses, she had strong faith in the resurrection.
Peggy was a devoted wife of 56 years to late husband, Gene Miller, who passed away in June 2009.
Peggy was preceded in death by her son Robert and leaves behind daughter, Sharlene Leatherman and her husband Isaac, of the home. Grand-daughter, Christine Keplinger of Sallisaw, Grand-daughter Amanda Flores and her husband Raul of Muskogee, and great-grand-children, Carli, Lyndsi, Domani and Rubi Joe.
The family will hold a memorial services at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Sallisaw with Joel Baker officiating. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Spiro.
