Phyllis Ann Manning, 64, of Wister, OK, passed away on March 3, 2012 in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born December 21, 1947 in Howe, OK, to Haskell and Dessie (Pierce) Vise. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Henry Manning Jr. of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Lana and Steve Branscum of Keller, TX, Carol and Mark Kannady of Poteau, OK and Krissy Manning of Wister, OK; a brother Auther Vise of Wister, OK; three sisters, Lois Floyd of Gallatin, TN, Bess Johnson of Shreveport, LA and Louise Duckworth of Oklahoma City, OK; three granddaughters, Hannah and Maddie Kannady of Poteau, OK and Carly Branscum of Keller, TX; a host of other family members, friends and loved ones.
