Rebecca Harrison, 82, of Arkoma, OK, passed away April 30, 2011, in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born September 13, 1928, at Poker Bend, OK, to Tony and Estella (Gentry) Anderson. Rebecca Anderson married Clayton F. Harrison on October 3, 1947 in Cavanaugh, AR. She was a homemaker and worked for the U.S. Post Office in Arkoma.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Clayton Harrison, of the home; a son Randy C. and wife Johnnie Harrison of Spiro, OK; three sisters, Betty Ruth Simmering of Peoria, ILL, Lou Ellen King of Ft. Smith, AR and Joann Dalton of Peoria, ILL; a grandson Joseph David and wife Jamie Harrison of Spiro, OK; and numerous other family friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Richard Schmuck, Loyd McBride, Gary Harrison, Mark Dalton, Tommy Parker and Jackie Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Douglas Schmuck and Joe Parker.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the First Baptist Church in Arkoma, OK, with Rev. Rick Kester officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at the Ft. Smith National Cemetery, Ft. Smith, AR. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday evening at Grace Manor Funeral Home in Spiro. Services under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home, Spiro, Oklahoma.
