Roger Dale Cox, 63, of Spiro, OK, passed away April 2, 2012, in Ft. Smith, AR. He was born July 12, 1948, in Merced, CA, to Fred and Alma Jean (Johnson) Cox. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a manufacturing consultant.
