Rosalye Verline Pearson, 70, of Wister, OK, passed away early the morning of April 25, 2010, in St. Edwards Hospital, Fort Smith, AR. Rosalye was born on November 19, 1939, in Fort Smith, AR to Sidney Virgil and Hallie Irene (Tomlin) Williams.
She follows her beloved husband of 55 years Billy Ray Pearson and daughter Teresa Jewell Allen in passing. Rosalye was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Melvin Williams and Charles Williams.
Rosalye is survived by three sons, Kenneth and wife Shirley Pearson of Porterville, CA., Raymond Pearson of Modesto, CA., and Bobbie Lee and wife Bobbie Pearson of Wister, OK; one daughter Verita and husband Lea Emmons of Patterson, CA; two sisters Mary Davis of Wister, OK and Hallie Cummings of OR; two brothers, Bobby Williams of OR and Ray Williams of CA; eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Ellis Chapel Church in Wister, OK, with Bro. Jeff Little officiating. Cremation services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
