Sarah Chandler, 61, of Poteau, OK, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017, in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born November 4, 1955, Talihina, Oklahoma, to Harry Clyde and Geneva (Morgan) James.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Geneva (Thompson) Morgan and Harry James, Sr., paternal grandparents; original enrollee Aaron James and Cleo James, maternal grandparents, Jonas Thompson and original enrollee Sally James Thompson, aunts Alice James and Mildred James, uncles William James and Jimmy James, Benny Thompson, Patterson Thompson and Jimmy Willis, sister Rainella Boren, Odessa Thompson, Brother Thomas Scott James.
She is survived by son, Christopher James, daughter-in-law Amanda James and grandson Aaron James of Tulsa, step-mother Carol James of Talihina, sisters, Maria Clark of Durant, Theresa J. Chiago of Scottsdale, AZ, Mary Himes of Talihina, Terry James of Norman, Laura Durant of Talihina, Micheal James of Hulbert, Anthony James of Talihina, William Morgan of Talihina, Kitina Morgan of Talihina, Charlie Morgan of Tulsa, George Morgan of Tulsa, Hope Primeaux of Tulsa, Kathy Munday of Glenpool, Bob Morgan of Missouri, Richard Morgan of Arizona, special niece Emma Holman of McAlester, special nephew Jaydden Holman of McAlester, son of her heart Steve Morrow plus her aunts, Lafonda Mathews of Poteau, Henryetta Holman of Horton, KS, uncles Bill James and wife Gina James of Muskogee, her special pet Amy, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, and a host other family members, friends, and loved ones.
