Scott Dion Parker of Spiro, Oklahoma was born February 19, 1961 to Mozelle (Johnson) Goins and passed peacefully from this life on March 13, 2026 surrounded by his family in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 65.

Scott is preceded in death by his mother, Mozelle (Johnson) Goins; and his sister, Jeannie Young..

Scott was a long-time resident of the area and was a mechanic who loved working on engines. He loved fishing, being outdoors, and being with friends and family. Scott will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
