Stephanie Lynn (Morris) Haynes
Stephanie Lynn (Morris) Haynes, a champion barrel racer, a beautiful rich center of her family and stranger to no one, relinquished this world Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Sparks Hospital in Ft. Smith, AR. A resident of Spiro, OK, Stephanie was born March 3, 1980, to Bill Morris and Thresa Morris-Bailey. She was married to Nathan Haynes, a union of two individuals matched by none. Stephanie was an ambitious, strong, hard working person with the largest heart towards everyone. She was an avid horse rider and competitor, farmer, entrepreneur, artist, and most of all completely dedicated to her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Bill Morris; grandparents Johnnie and Nora Cunningham and Grandmother Jimmie Morris.
Stephanie is survived by her husband Nathan Haynes of Spiro, OK; her parents Doug and Thresa Bailey of Spiro, OK; a step-son Parker Dean Haynes of Panama, OK; grandfather Herbert Morris of Summerfield, OK, a younger brother Derek Morris of Corsicana, TX; step-sister Callie Bailey of Ft. Smith, AR; step-brother Audie Bailey of Van Buren, AR; and a host of other family members, friends and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Matt Haynes, Ryan Dyer, Terry Dale Cox, Jimmy Thomas, James Thornburg, and Nick Harper. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Cox and Kelly Harper
Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Tonia Johnson and Doug Bailey officiating. Interment will follow service at the Summerfield Cemetery, Summerfield, OK, with Bro. Tracy Loyd officiating. You may offer condolences to the family from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
