Steven Lance Rieckmann, 61, of Poteau, OK, passed away April 4, 2011, in Ft. Smith, AR. He was born July 26, 1949, in Cherokee, Iowa, to Arthur and Dorothy (Thorpe) Rieckmann. Steven married Thalia Ann Dixie Coy on April 12, 1975, in Las Vegas, NV. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a Service Tech for a natural gas company.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Dixie of the home, a son Jason Lance Rieckmann of Poteau; a brother Rick Rieckmann of Las Vegas, NV; a grandson Colten Hunter Francis of Poteau, OK, as well as numerous other family, friends, and loved ones.
