Memorial Service for Tommy Joe Duncan, 84 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00pm on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Grace Memorial Chapel in Poteau, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
He was born on September 23, 1938 in Wister, Oklahoma to Elizabeth Pearl (Cauthron) Duncan and Allen Bryan Duncan and passed away on December 16, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Tommy was married to Judy (Lovell) Duncan on August 1, 1980 in Port Arthur, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepson; Terry May, sister and brother-in-law, June and Tom Chaplin. Tommy was retired from the United States Navy and a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed working, and loved his family dearly.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Duncan; stepsons, Jerry Brasier, Jesse Ryburn; nephews, James Chaplin, Tim Chaplin, numerous grand children, great grandchildren, other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
