Tracy William Cook, 82, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018, in Fort Smith, AR. He was born December 27, 1935 in Pawhuska, OK, to Tracy William Cook Sr. and Birdie Mae Mahurin.
Tracy was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Stella, and a grandson, Zack.
Tracy is survived by his wife Jane (Silvey) Richmond of the home, four children, daughters, Sheila Wagner, of Fort Smith, AR, Sandy Hall, of California, Susan Cook, of Oklahoma, son, Tracy Cook of California, three grandchildren, Paul, Tyler and Lauren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
