Lavida Vicki Ann Byrd
Vicki Byrd, 48, of Arkoma, OK, went to be with the Lord on March 4, 2014. She was born May 12, 1965, in Fairfield. CA, to John and Kathern (Chisum) Sherill. She was a homemaker.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her partner Ray Walker of Ft. Smith, AR; her parents John and Kathy Sherrill of Arkoma, OK; a sister Teresa and husband Rodney Brown of Arkoma, OK; a brother John Sherrill II of Alma, AR; two sons, Arik and wife Kim Griffin of Clarksville, AR and James and wife Darrah Okoniewski of Ft. Smith, AR; a grandson Austin Griffin of Riverview, MI; five nephews and three nieces; two longtime close friends Sandy See of Ft. Smith, AR and Lisa Elliott of Arkoma, OK; as well as numerous other family members, friends and loved ones.
The family would like to express deep gratitude and thanks to Medi-Home of Arkoma, OK, for the care and support shown to the entire family while she was in their care.
