Elmer Wayne Myers of Spiro, Oklahoma was born July 23, 1949 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Emmitt and Mary (Swims) Myers, and passed away May 16, 2019 in Spiro, Oklahoma at the age of 69.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years; Joanne Myers, daughters; Kimberly Dry and husband Darrell, Stacy Satterfield and husband Johnny, Jennifer Banhart, sisters; Alice Jackson, Patricia Stroud, brothers; David Myers, Ray Myers, grandchildren; Jerrod Qualls, Nick Qualls, Johnny Satterfield, Justin Satterfield, Zachary Tippit, Emma Kirk, Alexandria Dimko, Trevor Banhart, great grandchildren; Selby Campbell, Carter Qualls, Jr. Qualls, Eli Qualls, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two sisters.
The family will hold a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm Saturday at the Lighthouse Church in Pocola, Oklahoma
Cremation is under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
