William Franklin Carr of Spiro, Oklahoma was born July 5, 1979 in Morristown, Tennessee to J.D. and Beverly Rose (Watkins) Carr and passed away July 11, 2026 in Spiro, Oklahoma at the age of 47.

He is survived by:

One brother: James Carr and wife Faith Potter of Bokoshe, Oklahoma

Two nieces:  Britteny Carr and Adrianna Carr both of Fort Smith, Arkansas

Numerous other loved ones and a host of friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Beverly Carr.

William, a longtime resident of the community, was well-known for his skills as a handyman. He had a passion for tinkering with lawn mowers, as well as enjoying the great outdoors through hunting and fishing. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
