Memorial Graveside Service for William "Dink" Pendergrass, 81 of Cameron, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Knothole Cemetery in Cameron, Oklahoma with Reverend Shawn Caldwell officiating. Viewing will be Thursday September 21, 2023 from 9:00am - 7:00pm with family greeting friends from 5pm - 7pm at the funeral home. Cremation is under the direction of Grace Funeral Service of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Dink was born on November 26, 1941 in Knothole, Oklahoma to Lois A. (Colley) Pendergrass and William L. Pendergrass and passed away on September 17, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dink was preceded in death by his wife, Pat Huckabe; parents, William and Lois A. Pendergrass; sisters, Reba "Chubby" Johnson, Lou Barnett, Edna Bailey and brother, William "Buck" Pendergrass. He loved camping, fishing, driving back roads and "junking."
Survivors include his son, Elden Pendergrass of the home; daughters, Becky Bennett, Rhonda Bolin; grandchildren, Dalton Pendergrass, Coy Bennett, Dakota Bennett; sister, Jurl Reynolds of Fort Smith, Arkansas; significant other, Dorothy Kelley of Fort Smith, Arkansas, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
