Zaylee Creedance Grace Davis, 3 days, of Fanshawe, OK, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017, in Tulsa, OK. She was born October 1, 2017, in Tulsa, OK, to Joseph and Marissa (Sims) Davis.
Preceding Zaylee in death is a brother Michael Sims.
Zaylee is survived by her parents, two sisters Kaydence and McKinzee Davis both of Fanshawe, grandparents Kevin and Janie Sims of Shady Point, OK, Pam Jones of Poteau and Ronda and Paul Shneck of Alabama.
